  • Should have to attend training & seminars for being updated from college course option.
  • Drafting & Filling application of candidates.
  • Will be responsible for drafting proper documentation for each application.
  • Have to take regular updates for Conditional & Unconditional Offer Letters from Universities.
  • Will be a point of contact between agents, universities.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, and should take regular follow ups for the same.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Filing paperwork, meeting with internal and external stakeholders, and presenting important information.

  • Counselling the prospects about international colleges / Universities and the courses offered.
  • Guiding the students in regards to the documents required to obtain offer letter & the set of documents required for applying for the visa.
  • Should have minimum 2years of experience in Study Visa or Immigration Counselling.

  • Visa counsellor will be Working closely with admission and training/Counselling teams to educate them about Visa Rules
  • Contacting the fresh leads, taking proper feedback
  • Responsible for the process for assigned clients/students and ensuring that they are serviced and guided well from start to finish of the Visa application process
  • Ensuring complete visa application & documentation including all the financial & background related papers
  • Helping the client to manage and provide advice in preparing the visa files
  • Liaising with different embassies and clients when required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Graduation in any field. Post-Graduation will be given preference
  • Has basic knowledge of exams like IELTS, PTE etc.
  • Candidate must have a strong knowledge about Student visa process for USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND along with Visa Rules & Regulations and immigration rules for CANADA, AUSTRALIA.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both), Pleasing personality & confident
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, E-mails, etc.
  • Knowledge of how to operate CRM Software etc.

  • Experienced trainers or professional IELTS|PTE|TOEFL trainers will be given first preference
